ZRG’s Interim Solutions Business Expands in Europe with Addition of Paul Phillips
Rochelle Park, NJ, September 16, 2021 – ZRG, a New Jersey-based global executive search firm, welcomes Paul Phillips as Managing Director to lead the UK & European Interim Solutions business as part of the firm’s rapid expansion plans. In this role, Paul will collaborate with his colleagues across ZRG to build an Interim Solutions offering focused on quality of outcomes and high service levels, resulting in a genuinely “different and better” process for clients and executives. He will also disrupt the industry with the utilization of ZRG’s proprietary Zi platform to drive data-led hiring decisions and more successful interim placements. Based in Scotland, he brings 20 years of interim management experience to ZRG.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked with corporate and private equity-backed organizations across Europe and the UK to accelerate growth, navigate change and address talent challenges. Partnering with investors and boards of directors, he has placed C-suite and Director-level interim managers in a variety of roles, including CEO, CFO, and Executive Chair spanning the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Business Transformation, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain & Procurement.
In his most recent role, Paul specialized in providing executive interim managers to private equity investors and portfolio companies as a Partner with Savannah Group. Earlier, he served as a practice lead in the areas of Infrastructure, Business, and Support Services for seven years with Interim Partners, a leader for interim solutions in the UK, before spearheading the firm’s private equity relationships. Paul began his career with Michael Page, a FTSE 250 international recruitment business, where he focused on placing Finance professionals across a wide range of Consumer and Industrial sectors.
