ZRG Announces Sam McDonald as Managing Director of Healthcare Life Sciences Practice

With a distinguished career in executive search and technology solutions, Sam brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role at ZRG.

In his position, Sam will leverage his extensive background to drive strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients within the healthcare sector. Prior to joining ZRG Partners, Sam served as the Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions at Coda Search, where he played a key role in launching the Technology vertical and expanding into new markets. His previous roles include Managing Director at Focus Search Partners and National Director at Lucas Group, where he led Healthcare IT and Technology divisions. Sam’s career began at Vertek Solutions, where he advanced from Technical Recruiter to Partner and VP of Sales & Delivery.
