Tom Little Joins ZRG Partners as Managing Director of Embedded Recruitment/RPO

With over 15 years of extensive experience in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and embedded solutions industry, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic expertise to his new role.

Prior to joining ZRG Partners, Tom served as Director of EMEA Solutions at a prominent recruitment organization, where he spearheaded initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His career spans a decade of leadership roles, including Sales Director, Solutions Director, and Business Development Manager at established firms, where he excelled in developing and implementing global recruitment strategies.

Tom has demonstrated proficiency across diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, industrial, technology, and food and beverage, highlighting his versatility and deep understanding of market dynamics. His track record in delivering effective Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and talent solutions underscores his commitment to driving success for clients.
