Tom has a decade of experience in the RPO & Embedded solutions industry, focusing on the UK, EMEA, US, and Canadian markets. Before joining ZRG, Tom served as Director of EMEA Solutions at a leading recruitment organization. Tom has also held roles as Sales Director, Solutions Director, and Business Development Manager at established companies, where he developed and executed successful global recruitment strategies.
Tom has worked across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, industrial, tech, and food and beverage, showcasing his versatility and comprehensive understanding of different markets. Tom's proven track record in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and talent solutions further underscores his expertise.
Residing in the picturesque Cotswolds, in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, Tom enjoys an active lifestyle. He is an enthusiastic supporter of Gloucester Rugby and Liverpool Football Club, frequently attending horse racing events at the renowned Cheltenham Racecourse.
