Michael Reckers Enters ZRG’s Interim Solutions Division as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, December 14, 2021 – ZRG, named the fastest-growing global executive search firm in 2020, today adds Michael Reckers as Managing Director, Interim Solutions Division. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Michael will identify short-term talent solutions for clients in various industries across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

With over two decades of executive interim management experience, Michael has amassed a strong track record of placing C-level interim executives and their direct reports, providing solutions to his clients most pressing challenges. Before joining ZRG, he served as CEO of a boutique German executive interim management firm for four years. Earlier, he was Global Managing Director for the Interim Management & Board Solutions business for an international executive search company.

Across his career, Michael’s focus has been recruiting Executive Interim Managers across industries and functions. His previous placements span the areas of Restructuring, Transformation, Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales/Marketing. Within his various roles in multiple regions, he has successfully managed changing national and international responsibilities.
