Mark Schmitz Joins ZRG as Senior Partner in the Culture Practice

Mark brings a wealth of experience in leadership, talent strategy, and organizational transformation, further strengthening ZRG’s ability to drive culture-led business success for its clients. 

Mark was drawn to ZRG’s unique, data-driven approach to talent and culture. “Being part of a team that partners with organizations to create meaningful, culture-driven change is an exciting opportunity,” he shared. 

As an accomplished executive and consultant, Mark has a history of delivering transformational results. His career highlights include founding and pioneering a new company that revolutionized mass hiring strategies, significantly improving recruitment outcomes across multiple industries. Additionally, He played a pivotal role in transforming the culture of a $1B+ organization, reversing eight consecutive quarters of declining revenue and EBITDA. His efforts contributed to more than 24 consecutive quarters of growth across revenue and EBITDA. His expertise in bridging the gap between culture and strategy has led to measurable business impact, including driving double digit growth across organizations and industries. 

Before joining ZRG, Mark held leadership roles at firms such as MindGym, Korn Ferry, KinderCare Education (formerly Knowledge Universe), Right Management, and PRC Inc. His deep expertise in leadership, talent, and strategic consulting positions him as a trusted advisor for organizations navigating complex transformations. He attended Loyola University of Chicago and has completed advanced programs at the Kellogg School of Management and Villanova University. A Six Sigma Green Belt, Mark applies a disciplined, results-oriented approach to his work.
