Jim Newfrock Joins ZRG to Accelerate Client Growth Strategies as President, Sales Consulting and Licensing Division
Rochelle Park, NJ, September 29, 2021 – ZRG, recognized as 2020’s fastest-growing global executive search firm, announces the addition of Jim Newfrock as Managing Director and President, Sales Consulting and Licensing Division. He will lead this new division to help private equity clients and their portfolio companies accelerate revenue growth. In addition, Jim will leverage ZRG’s digital assessment platform to deliver comprehensive appraisals of his clients’ sales processes, teams, and performance.
Jim’s career thus far has included client-facing/P&L roles in nearly every industry vertical. His mandates have included B2B and B2C, turnarounds, and rapid growth/global expansion for startups, privately held organizations, and publicly traded companies. His comprehensive areas of expertise include strategy, sales, technology, capital markets, risk/compliance, and Human Resources and talent management.
Prior to ZRG, Jim served as Senior Partner and Global Account Lead in Korn Ferry’s Financial Services Practice. Earlier, he was Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton. During his tenure with Booz Allen Hamilton, he was a member of the Strategy Practice and served as Group Treasurer; operated as Client Service Leader for two global Fortune 100 client accounts; served as delivery lead for Analytic and Data Science Solutions; and led a 300-person Global Risk and Security consulting team. Previously, Jim served as COO for I.S.S., a global education non-profit.
