Emily Bell Joins Interim Solutions Practice as Managing Director, Adding Interim Talent Expertise to ZRG’s Toronto Office
Rochelle Park, NJ, July 20, 2021 – ZRG, recognized in 2020 as the fastest-growing global executive search firm, announces the addition of Emily Bell as Managing Director. A leader in Canada’s interim talent market, Emily brings over seven years of experience filling critical interim requirements in Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology. She will work in ZRG’s new Toronto office and lead the Interim Solutions Practice in Canada.
Having worked with clients across a wide range of functions and industries, Emily maintains a robust network of interim professionals. Prior to joining ZRG, she served Odgers Berndtson’s Interim Division as a Partner, helping to build the appetite for interim work in Canada. Her earlier search experience included tenures with boutique consulting firms focused on Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Emily also held a key role in the Recruitment function for Sobeys, a Canadian retail chain. Having served as an internal talent acquisition professional, she understands the client perspective and is adept at consulting with organizations to understand their most crucial talent needs.
