PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Emily Bell serves as Managing Director for ZRG. Working out of the Toronto office, she leads the Interim Solutions Practice for the firm in Canada. Emily maintains a robust network of interim professionals and has seven years of experience working with clients across a wide range of functions and industries, having filled critical interim roles in Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and more. She is a leader in Canada’s interim talent market and is passionate about developing this solution for ZRG in the country.
Previous Experience
Most recently, Emily was a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Interim Division, where she helped develop the interim practice and build the appetite for interim work in Canada. Previously, she gained internal talent acquisition experience with Sobeys, a national retail chain for which she held a key role in restructuring their Recruitment function. In addition, she has worked for several boutique search consulting firms with a focus on supply chain, procurement, and operations disciplines.

Emily’s primary mandate is to fill interim talent needs across a wide variety of functions. She has particular depth of understanding in Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing/Communications functions.

Emily attended Dalhousie University where she pursued her Bachelor of Commerce.
