Donald Friedman Joins ZRG as Managing Director in Healthcare Practice

With over 25 years of experience spanning healthcare, recruitment, and consulting services, Friedman brings a wealth of expertise to the ZRG team.

In his new role, Friedman will leverage his extensive background to drive growth and innovation within ZRG's Healthcare Practice. Specializing in permanent retained physician search and excelling in business development, Friedman is poised to make significant contributions to the firm.

Prior to joining ZRG, Friedman's career included five years in consulting, focusing on Medical Staff Development and Physician & Community Needs Assessments. He spent eleven years at Curative Talent, LLC, where he specialized in retained physician search and physician executive search. Notably, Friedman served as a Partner at Curative Executive and Academic Search for four years, where he provided executive and leadership talent acquisition solutions, consistently exceeding annual sales targets and driving substantial growth.
