As a global talent advisor, ZRG's service offerings encompass search, on-demand talent, RPO, and consulting. We started in search, and it is still the core of our business. As our clients' needs have grown and diversified, so have our offerings.



About the ZRG Rotation Program

The ZRG Rotation Program is an industry leading Human Capital Advisory Program, open to college students graduating in May of 2023. This 13-month program will provide an immersion into the world of Human Capital Advisory focusing on Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting.

The program will offer a comprehensive onboarding, including a comprehensive “Boot Camp” teaching participants bottoms up fundamentals about the company, its functions and the industry, followed by three 4-month assignments in different parts of the firm.

The rotation program will have interspersed advanced training assignments and immersive experiences. Members of the 2023 Cohort will have an opportunity to work on projects within the Research, Recruiting, Knowledge Management, Marketing and Human Capital Consulting functions. This role will have a high level of visibility to management. All rotation trainees have dual reporting directly into the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Chief Revenue Officer of the firm.

THE PROGRAM

Every participant will have challenging assignments given under the encouragement of leadership. Your development opportunities include shadowing professionals in various functional areas. Trainings will focus on learning specific skills and tools as well as critical thinking, adaptability, collaboration, and networking. You will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals across functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required; work experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to research, organize, and analyze data.
  • Collaborative; enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Ability to persuade and influence.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
