ZRG Expands Technology Practice with Addition of Ravi Gupta
Rochelle Park, NJ, May 17, 2022 – ZRG, a New Jersey-based global talent advisory firm, welcomes Ravi Gupta as Managing Director. Ravi will join the Technology Practice, adding 20 years of executive search and management consulting experience as well as domain expertise in analytics, enterprise application services, infrastructure services, and professional services. His tech experience also includes cloud and SaaS-based solutions, hardware, security, digital transformation, AI, and IoT platforms. He will be based in San Francisco, California.
Through his work as a senior advisor, Ravi has consulted with executive management teams to align their talent and organizational needs, often uncovering solutions in talent acquisition, leadership assessment and development, succession management, and culture design and alignment. He has successfully delivered engagements for Fortune 500, mid-cap, and SME clients as well as private equity, pre-IPO, and venture-backed technology organizations.
Across his two-plus decades in management consulting, technology, and life sciences, Ravi has held senior leader/general management positions at Gateway Computers, Deloitte, EY, Life Technologies, RGP Inc., and SAP. Most recently, he worked for Korn Ferry as Senior Partner and member of the Global Technology Practice.
