ZRG Appoints Steve Nilsen as Managing Director, Adding Brand-Building Expertise to Healthcare Practice

Steve will identify and recruit executive leaders to drive organizational goals and reshape the culture and brand of his clients. Based in Atlanta, Steve joins the firm’s Healthcare Practice with a focus on technology and commercial roles and a commitment to DEI in his search process.

Earlier in his career, Steve served in leadership roles across multinational organizations, acquiring a valuable perspective of how talent impacts success locally, nationally, and globally. Notably, he served The Coca-Cola Company brands and clients for ten years. In addition, Steve recently served as Bloomin’ Brands’ VP International Marketing, leading the growth of multiple brands worldwide.

Prior to joining ZRG, Steve amassed ten years of experience in executive search. He successfully built and grew CastLight Search, a top 20 boutique executive search firm focusing on technology innovation and consumer centricity in healthcare.
