Tyler Gordon Joins ZRG’s Professional & Technology Enabled Services Practices as Managing Director

Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Tyler brings a track record of delivering successful executive recruitment assignments across consulting firms and technology-enabled service providers. The latter have spanned cloud service providers, application service providers, data & analytics service providers, and more. He has also spearheaded corporate leadership assignments for both Fortune 500 and private equity-owned clients.
Tyler’s expertise covers a range of industry sectors, and at ZRG, he will partner with Technology, Industrial, Consumer, Financial Services, and Healthcare Practice Leaders. He balances efficient and data-driven search processes with strong client relationships, recognizing the importance of understanding of his clients’ business challenges and opportunities to identify the best match for each assignment.
While his executive search career has focused primarily in the Dallas market, Tyler has completed search engagements in virtually every major metro area in the country, including Boston, San Francisco, New York, and Washington, DC. In his 15 years of search experience, he has successfully placed senior leaders in strategic positions and functions including Principal, Partner, and Senior Vice President.
Prior to joining ZRG, Tyler was a Partner with a top-tier global executive search firm; previously, he led the Professional & IT Services Practice for Korn Ferry’s Professional Search Division. Earlier in his career, Tyler held executive roles with Fossil Group, Sabre Holdings, and Affiliated Computers Services (Xerox).
