Tamsin Clark-Lush Joins ZRG Partners as Vice President, Partner Recruitment

Rochelle Park, NJ, June 14, 2024 – ZRG Partners, a leading global executive search firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tamsin Clark-Lush as Vice President, Partner Recruitment. In this role, Tamsin will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talented executive search partners globally, with a heightened focus on the European, EMEA, and international markets.

Tamsin is a seasoned Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Specialist with over 20 years of experience. She has honed her extensive leadership skills both in-house within FTSE 100 businesses and within executive search organizations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to source and secure exceptional talent for organizations experiencing growth or transformation across Technology, Retail, Financial Services, and Consumer sectors. Known for her approachable, memorable, and collaborative nature, Tamsin brings a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge she encounters.

In her previous role as a Global Leadership Hiring Specialist at Sage Group plc, the UK's largest SaaS organization, Tamsin was accountable for leadership hiring requirements on a global scale. She developed and delivered the Global Hiring Strategy, sourced and secured exceptional talent for critical leadership roles, and prioritized Diversity and Inclusion in all hiring practices. Her collaborative efforts with colleagues, leaders, and partners significantly contributed to making Sage Group plc an outstanding place to work, while also helping customers transform their thinking and operations.

Before joining Sage Group plc, Tamsin served as the Head of Leadership Hiring at Marks and Spencer plc, an iconic British retail organization, for three years. Prior to that, she led the Retail Practice at Berwick Partners, part of the Odgers Executive Search Firm, where she successfully delivered high-caliber talent solutions across various sectors.
