Shawn Kerek Joins ZRG as Managing Director, Adding Healthcare and Life Sciences Experience to Firm

Rochelle Park, NJ, December 16, 2022 – ZRG, a fast-growing global talent advisory firm based in the United States, announces the addition of Shawn Kerek as Managing Director. Shawn has 15 years of executive search experience split between Healthcare and Life Sciences, with eight years dedicated to the latter. He is based in Columbus, Ohio.

Shawn has recruited talented leaders for small to mid-sized companies, having identified CCOs, CMOs, and COOs and helped to build the teams reporting to these critical roles, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Manufacturing, and Operations. He ardently studies all aspects of an assignment, such as the client’s unique culture and vision and the technical requirements of the role, to ensure the best fit for the business.

Before joining ZRG, Shawn served for nearly eight years in roles of increasing responsibility for TSP, joining as Director – Executive and Professional Search and ultimately rising to Head, North America Executive Search. Earlier, he served in leadership roles for renowned recruiting firms Robert Half Technology and Maxim Healthcare Services. Across his career, he has been passionate about Life Sciences and remains abreast of emerging technologies and other industry developments.
