JD Baker Joins ZRG Healthcare and Life Sciences Practices as Managing Director
Rochelle Park, NJ, September 12, 2022 – ZRG, a US-based global talent advisory firm, announces the addition of JD Baker as Managing Director. JD has focused on engaging and recruiting leaders for global healthcare and life science companies across his nearly 15 years of retained senior executive search experience. He is based in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, and will serve the firm’s Life Sciences and Healthcare practices.
JD has completed search assignments for organizations ranging from growth-stage investments backed by private equity to Fortune 100 industry leaders. Through his strong work ethic and industry knowledge, he has collaborated with countless executives to identify and succeed their talent and succession goals.
Prior to joining ZRG, JD served a leading corporate governance consulting firm as Partner, with a primary focus on board service and executive succession planning. He began his career in search at a large global firm before transitioning to a smaller boutique consulting organization, where he led the Healthcare Practice for nearly ten years.
