Hunter Hohlt Joins ZRG’s Washington, DC Office, Industrial Practice as Managing Director
Rochelle Park, NJ, January 12, 2021 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, welcomes executive search consultant Hunter Hohlt to their Washington, DC office as Managing Director. Hunter will be an active member of the firm’s Industrial Practice, specializing in executive recruiting and consulting for manufacturing, services, and technology companies serving the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services sectors. In addition, he is an active member of the CEO & Board, Sales, and Technology Officers practice groups.
In his career thus far, Hunter’s clients have spanned global conglomerates, middle market companies, private equity funds, and joint ventures. Prior to joining ZRG, he was a member of both the CEO & Board and Technology Officer practices and leader of the Aerospace & Defense practice at another search firm. In this post, he garnered a reputation for CEO succession, digital transformation, and Diversity & Inclusion consultation in his market.
Hunter brings with him an understanding of the unique functional and management requirements for senior executives in highly regulated markets as well as the leadership capabilities needed to succeed in public, private, joint venture, and alliance ownership models. He acquired such expertise as a member of the Aerospace & Defense Practice at PwC Strategy and Booz & Company and as a consultant with Renaissance Strategic Advisors, a boutique aerospace and defense firm.
