Douglas Madden Adds Enterprise Software and FinTech Expertise to ZRG’s Technology Practice
Rochelle Park, NJ, January 14, 2021 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, today announced the addition of Douglas Madden as Managing Director. Douglas brings 12 years of retained executive search experience to the firm, having completed search engagements on behalf of venture capital, private equity, and publicly traded technology companies across his career. He joins ZRG’s San Francisco office.
As a search consultant, Douglas specializes in identifying and recruiting sales executives for technology companies across enterprise software and FinTech. He has led successful CEO search engagements as well.
Douglas began his search career with Lonergan Partners, a boutique search firm, and later joined Korn Ferry’s Technology Practice as a Senior Client Partner. In addition, he was Partner and Co-founder of Renaissance Leadership, where he focused on building executive leadership teams for tech companies. Most recently, Douglas was a Partner with Fortra Search.
