Cindy Yendell Joins ZRG’s Global Culture Practice as Senior Partner

LONDON (February 5, 2025) – ZRG’s Global Culture Practice (formerly Walking The Talk) is excited to announce that Cindy Yendell has joined the team as a Senior Partner. Based in London, and with over 25 years of board level experience as a senior advisor on organisational culture, Cindy brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

Cindy’s career spans corporate and political communications, advisory roles, and strategic counsel on culture transformation projects to leaders across industries such as transportation, finance, media, and healthcare. She has worked with public and private sector organisations across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Before joining ZRG, Cindy co-founded and scaled advisory firms (LIVE Communications, Unspun, and Leonardo Advisory) where she built a reputation for helping organisations align their culture with their strategy. As a business leader Cindy combines strategic insight, and first hand commercial experience focusing on how culture can be leveraged to enhance business performance, competitive advantage and reduce repetitional risk.

She studied Business Management at Babson College in Boston, USA.
