Alberto Yamada Joins ZRG Partners Brazil, Bringing Industrial and Agribusiness Expertise
Rochelle Park, NJ, September 14, 2020 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, announced the addition of Alberto Yamada to ZRG Partners Brazil. With experience in executive search and leadership development for the industrial and agribusiness sectors, Alberto joins the firm’s Industrial Practice and will work in both the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices.
Alberto’s track record of success includes his tenure as Senior Associate at Egon Zehnder. In this role, he advised Latin America industrial clients on assignments including CEO succession, team assessment, and organization redesign. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst for Vale, the world's largest mining company, working in the procurement and market intelligence department. Prior to Vale, Alberto was a Management Consultant for Accenture, advising clients on organization redesign, M&A, post-merger integration, and business case.
