
Yolanda Wilson is the Senior Director of Sales Enablement for ZRG’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions & Project Consulting team. With over 25 years of experience in business transformation, sales, human resources (HR), and operational leadership, she specializes in helping organizations achieve strategic growth.
Most recently, she served in a sales enablement role at RGP, where she provided marketing assets and industry intelligence to the company’s high-performing healthcare team and supported practice leaders with creating and implementing key deliverables. During her tenure, she also co-piloted a shared operations model and led a regional business operations team.
Earlier in her career, Yolanda gained experience in sales—focusing on revenue generation, marketing, and client relationship management in the consumer goods and telecommunications industries. She then spent several years in HR, leading departmental turnarounds and building infrastructure to support rapidly expanding organizations.
Yolanda holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.S. in Business Management from Grambling State University. She is also an alumnus of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI).
A self-described servant leader, she enjoys helping teams and individuals reach their full potential. Outside of work, she spends time with her family and friends, enjoys event planning and interior decorating, and serves as a volunteer board member for a faith-based nonprofit organization.
