Vicki is Executive Director for Walking the Talk. In this global role, Vicki is focused on growth strategies, business development and growing the North America client base. Throughout her vast career in the human capital solutions industry, Vicki has been responsible for portfolios of Fortune 100 clients, building practice area capabilities, and exceeding business results in her leadership roles.
Vicki’s professional experience spans complex, multicultural environments. She has a breadth of experience across numerous industries, including Professional Services, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Aerospace, Technology, Healthcare and Education.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Walking the Talk, Vicki was CEO of an HR technology SaaS business. Here she focused on a turnaround, culture rebuild, and innovative new product offerings. As CEO, she truly understands what it means to be responsible and accountable for every aspect of a business, duty to the Board of Directors and commitment to the welfare of employees.
Previously, Vicki held global leadership positions at a top global talent solutions company. Her consultative sales approach allowed her to exceed sales goals year over year, retain Fortune 50 clients and coach business developers on winning big deals. As a global leadership development practice leader, she took the practice from US centric to a global practice that delivered impactful development solutions to premier organizations around the world.
Vicki is energized by clients--deeply understanding their business challenges, passionate about transformation and the components that drive transformation that achieve business results. The what, how and the why of the work in service to clients is of utmost importance to her.
Education
Vicki has a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and a undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She is a certified executive coach and accredited in many assessment tools. She is a passionate leader who believes everyone deserves the opportunity to share their talents and live their purpose.
Hobbies and Interests
In her personal time, Vicki pays it forward by serving on non-profit boards including being the Chair of a foundation dedicated to paralysis recovery. She likes to experience new cultures, read fascinating books, meditate, stay fit and practice her new-found passion for the sport of golf.
