Taylor brings seven years of experience in talent solutions, with a focus on interim consulting, executive search, and staff augmentation. Before joining ZRG, she spent four years at RGP, where she worked exclusively in healthcare and life sciences interim and consulting solutions, helping organizations access specialized talent for mission-critical initiatives.

Prior to that, she spent three years at a boutique staffing firm in Chicago, where she specialized in permanent search and staff augmentation for technology roles at all levels, from staff to VP, across multiple industries. Her ability to understand business needs, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-impact talent solutions has earned her a reputation for providing exceptional client service and strategic workforce solutions.

Taylor’s expertise includes business development, interim and project-based consulting solutions, and strategic client engagement. She is passionate about collaborating across teams, delivering top-tier client experiences, and helping organizations navigate workforce challenges with innovative talent solutions.
