For more than 20 years, Summer Anderson has been spearheading executive searches within technology. She has a proven track record of guiding executive-level leaders to immediate clarity, simplifying complex organizational matters, and building exceptional executive teams. She is a trusted advisor to senior executive clients and candidates within Fortune 500 security, cryptocurrency, and semiconductor companies. Summer is known for her solid network of long-standing relationships and as a catalyst for mindset shifts in corporate leaders which create cultural health and bottom-line growth.
Prior to joining ZRG, Summer was Founder and Managing Partner for Miror Partners, a boutique executive search firm that focused on building transformational change among their clients. Summer exhibits her passion for transforming companies by building exceptional leadership teams, with a heavy focus on building healthy mind sets for great outcomes.
Summer’s earlier career included experience with Heidrick & Struggles, Booz Allen Hamilton, Allergan, and an IoT innovation center in San Juan Capistrano.

Summer is the founder and leader of Lumen, nationwide network of board ready female executives who are Fortune 500 C-Suite leaders across all functions and industries. These hand selected geographic groups meet bi-annually for dinner to discuss board specific topics and to offer support to one another regarding career, board and personal lives.
She is also the author of Start Within: Better ROI Begins with You, a book that connects purpose driven leadership practices with exceptional ROI and the neuroscience about why and how it works.
Summer received a degree in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
