Sasha Porter joined Walter James, a ZRG company, in 2022. As Principal, Consumer Supply Chain, she specializes in Director- to Vice President-level supply chain hires across consumer goods. Her core focuses are regional and global end-to-end supply chain, planning, logistics, and customer service.

Sasha has spent the majority of her career in recruitment, maintaining a focus on technical positions in supply chain and procurement. She has a demonstrated track record of partnership with global and regional organizations, having delivered successful executive search and market mapping recruits across the UK and EMEA.

Members of Sasha’s professional network are focused on driving end-to-end supply chain solutions, deployment, transformation, and customer collaboration. Beyond these mandates, she is passionate about cultural change within supply chain, in the areas of sustainability and D&I.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.

Sasha is extremely passionate about yoga and living a healthy lifestyle. She is multilingual, with fluency in Russian, English, and Spanish as well as a proficient level of French.
