Samantha Dollar is the Project Coordinator for the Australia Executive Search Team located in Sydney. She also assists the Global Financial Services Practice leadership team, working tightly with stakeholders to develop an intricate hive of networking, discovery, and cross-sector support system.
Previously, Samantha was a C-suite Executive Assistant. Within four years, she not only ran the MD Desk but assisted 16 direct reports, supported Marketing, and was the Content Creator, the Human Resource Assistant, and the Event Planner. She led her team through an office redesign and relocation of 100 employees. Samantha also flexed her vast skill set during her six-year stretch at Mona Vale Hospital, where she assisted in running the Day Surgery Unit, was personally requested by the Director of Nursing to sit a 22-month secondment running the Casual Pool for Mona Vale Hospital, trialed and rolled out the Transit Lounge across NSW Local Health District, and later assisted with the management of the Anti-Natal Clinics. She has further experience managing a real estate office and as Leasing Agent Assistant.
Her proudest moment is from her previous career as a Junior Art Director at Red Wagon Advertising and Design, San Francisco. Just before immigrating to Sydney, she was awarded three ADMARK Addy Awards for ad campaigns for her accounts Gloria Ferrer Winery, Sonoma, as Art Director and Frexinet, Spain, as Junior Art Director.

Samantha graduated from the Academy Of Arts University, San Francisco, with a bachelor’s degree in Illustration and Graphic Design.
