Ross Mesquita is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Interim Solutions practice. He has significant experience supporting both Fortune 1000 and privately owned middle market companies by deploying interim, project, and consulting solutions. Working with clients across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, consumer, financial services, industrial, and life sciences, his strengths include active listening, simplifying complex challenges, acting with a sense of urgency, and leading with a servant’s heart.
Prior to joining ZRG, Ross spent the majority of his career in Texas with a publicly traded, global project-based professional services firm. After helping to navigate the integration of an acquired niche-focused staffing and consulting firm into the parent, he launched a new practice group in Chicago that grew to $5M in annual revenues within three years. After that, Ross took on roles of increasing responsibility for the firm and most recently served as a regional sales leader responsible for a team that engaged over 300 consultants and generated more than $100M in annual revenues. His foundational experience for serving clients in various industries through interim and project support was acquired through finance, banking, consulting, and business technology roles at Bank One, Andersen Consulting, Enron Corporation, and more.
Ross’s areas of expertise include interim talent solutions, large account management, and sales leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
Ross enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and three children, listening to live music, attending professional sporting events, and volunteering as a Board Member at All Community Outreach in Allen, Texas. On most weekends, you will find Ross cheering on his children at one of their many baseball, volleyball, soccer, football, and/or basketball games.
