Rosa-Lyn (Rosa) Morris is the Global Market Leader for the Education practice at ZRG. In this role, she manages and supports a suite of talent and leadership offerings including interim, search, advisory, and consulting across the education sector.
Rosa specializes in education-related organizations including institutions of higher education, private/public/charter K12 organizations, and other organizations with an educational mission. In recent years, she has served and partnered with a diversified portfolio of clients at major AAU research institutions, liberal arts colleges, nonprofit organizations, K12 schools and organizations, and a variety of leading professional colleges and associations.
Rosa came to ZRG after spending nearly 13 years with Korn Ferry. In her most recent role, she served as Senior Client Partner for Executive Search and Sector Lead for the Education practice. Prior to Korn Ferry, Rosa worked with a boutique search firm specializing in higher education search, where she worked on search strategy, business development, and research.
Instrumental to her passion for and dedication to educational equity initiatives, Rosa proudly served as a Teach for America corps member teaching elementary school in Atlanta, Georgia earlier in her career. She has a professional and personal interest in the national dialogue surrounding educational equity, student access, and diversity.
Rosa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with honors, from The George Washington University.
In her personal life, Rosa prioritizes support for arts-related organizations, educational institutions, and global hunger initiatives. She enjoys traveling with her family and is a history and arts enthusiast. In addition, she is an avid sports fan while being a downhill skier and tennis player herself.
