Ramit N. Bhel brings extensive experience in the executive search industry having worked with leading multinational search firms in the past – Spencer Stuart, Russell Reynolds & Odgers Berndtson.
He has successfully placed senior-level leaders across general management, functional, and varied business leadership roles across Indian and multinational organizations. He brings deep experience in working with private equity backed portfolio companies having completed more than 3 dozen searches over the last 24 months. In addition to consumer & retail, he also carries out mandates for the sports, media, and entertainment industry.
Prior to working in executive search, he successfully ran his own entrepreneurial venture in the digital media space.
Ramit holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and an M.B.A. from the S.P. Jain School of Global Management (Dubai | Singapore).
