
Rachelle Davis is a proven talent leader with over 25 years of experience in interim talent strategy, consulting solutions, IT staffing, and higher education recruitment. As Vice President, Talent Leader, Interim & Project Consulting – Healthcare & Life Sciences at ZRG, she is responsible for developing and executing strategic talent initiatives that connect top-tier interim and consulting professionals with healthcare and life sciences organizations.
Prior to joining ZRG, Rachelle spent 9.5 years at RGP, where she served as Senior Vice President of Talent for North America, leading nine teams of talent professionals with responsibility for 2,500 interim consultants. She has driven enterprise-wide change initiatives, spearheaded AI-enabled technology adoption, and collaborated with Sales leaders, C-suite executives, and corporate teams to align talent strategy with business growth.
A champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Rachelle co-sponsored the first Women in Leadership employee resource group and integrated DEI initiatives into the talent organization. As an advocate for a thriving, inclusive culture, she also launched retention and engagement initiatives like professional networking communities, book clubs, and stay interviews.
Her 15 years in IT staffing as a Managing Director and Sales Director and 3.5 years in higher education admissions and recruiting further reinforce her workforce development and talent acquisition expertise.
