Professional Profile

Phoebe Henderson joined ZRG Partners in 2015 as part of the Cybersecurity, Defense and Intelligence practice. For more than 20 years, she has been an ardent supporter of the government contracting community. Phoebe is intimately familiar with the dynamic needs of small and mid-tier companies who sell their services and solutions to the government. Her program management, marketing and corporate strategy background strengthens her ability to culturally match this market’s rich, executive talent with innovative companies that have reached an inflection point in their growth curve.

Previous Experience


With over a decade of executive recruiting experience, Phoebe has led and executed numerous director-to-C-level searches across technology, IT, professional services and C5ISR markets for public, private and private equity-backed companies. This experience has given her and her clients access to a vast network of leaders with the talent and skills to help companies achieve their growth goals.


Currently, Phoebe is the managing director in the Northern Virginia office of ZRG Partners, LLC, a new breed of talent management providers. Together, they bring a data-driven, analytical approach to clients so they can make better, informed decisions. Combined with years of proven processes, they are able to deliver market intelligence and qualified candidates with unparalleled experience and a common, cultural vision.


Phoebe is a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, NC.

Hobbies and Interests

Phoebe has served as a Parent Mentor for parents of children with congenital heart or intestinal defects and is an active volunteer within her community. She previously served as a Membership Co-Chair for the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) for the National Capital Area. Phoebe is a member of AFCEA, NDIA, and PSC. She enjoys going to the gym, cooking, reading and watching anything on the History Channel.
