Neil Stevens is a Managing Director for ZRG Interim Solutions & Project Consulting, bringing over two decades of experience in both public and corporate accounting. An MBA and CPA (inactive), Neil started his career in Public Accounting, spending five years leading audits for clients in industries such as financial services, energy, automotive, not-for-profit, and media and entertainment.

After his tenure in public accounting, Neil joined The Walt Disney Company, where he advanced to the role of Manager, leading the consolidation team for the Consumer Products segment. At Disney, he excelled in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ERP system implementations. His next move was to RGP in Los Angeles, where he was recruited to expand their Entertainment and Media Practice. Over the next 20 years, Neil became Vice President of Client Services, driving business development for Fortune 100 media and entertainment clients. His entrepreneurial approach enabled him to successfully expand the consulting practice globally into Europe, Asia Pacific, and Mexico from 2018 to 2024.

With specialties in accounting and finance, SEC reporting, ERP system implementations, finance transformation, and change management, Neil is focused on continuing his career growth into executive leadership. He holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys traveling with his family, staying active on his Peloton, cheering for the USC Trojans football team, and watching his daughter and son play volleyball for their club and high school teams.
