Neil Humphreys
Managing Director
Neil Humphreys joined ZRG’s Industrial Practice as Managing Director in 2024. Having held a number of operational and supply chain roles in his earlier career, Neil has gone on to deliver outstanding results across several verticals. He has advised a broad array of clients, from mid-size firms to Fortune 250 consumer and industrial organizations.
With extensive experience in executive search and human capital consulting, Neil has built a reputation of delivering talent globally. Prior to joining ZRG, Neil was Managing Director of Howgate Sable, a 35-year heritage boutique executive search firm. He also operated as an Associate for The Augusta Group, a cybersecurity consulting group serving clients globally. In his earlier career, Neil was a supply chain leader, opening several Tier 1 Automotive factories before becoming a program manager in military aviation – his area of personal passion.
Neil operates extensively in Europe, North America, and the APAC region, with particular strength in serving Swiss-based multinationals and private equity-backed high-growth ventures. He works closely with his clients, understanding their culture, ambition, and operational model in detail. Neil is collaborative, driven, and determined, working at pace with his broader team to deliver beyond expectations.
Neil earned his BSc in Organization & Management from Lancaster University.
In his free time, Neil enjoys golfing and watching soccer.
