Morgan Andreas has 12 years of experience in sales and service. Throughout the years, she began exploring creating ways to enhance her process and discovered her love for mentoring others to do the same. Today, as a Sales Operations Manager, her mission is to create and implement optimal procedures, steering organizations toward their long-term revenue objectives.
Morgan’s expertise extends beyond traditional operations, encompassing a proven track record in enhancing workflow, adept project management, people leadership, facilitating M&A migrations, leveraging Salesforce proficiency, and crafting materials and programs to train and empower teams. She is passionate about fostering efficiency and effectiveness within organizations and making significant contributions to their growth and success.
Morgan completed her BA in Communication at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. She is working toward her CAPM certificate, with expected completion in May 2024. When she is not working, she explores the Rocky Mountains with her partner and two dogs, snowboards, mountain biking, or cheers for the Phillies (or the Rockies, where she resides in Denver).
