Michelle Dunne
Managing Director
With more than twenty years international executive search and leadership advisory experience, Michelle Dunne serves as Managing Director of Financial Services for ZRG. She has partnered with private and listed businesses in asset and wealth management, private markets, banking, real estate, and insurance. Based in London, she has represented firms seeking to appoint leaders in multiple regions including the UK and Europe, North America, and Asia and Oceania.
More recently, Michelle founded TentoFourteen as an independent and progressive executive search and leadership consultancy serving clients in Asia and Oceania. This followed some time with a US listed global Executive Search business in Sydney as a Partner in the Asia Financial Services Practice overseeing local and global appointments in asset and wealth management, private equity, infrastructure, and insurance.
Prior to this, Michelle founded and ran an independent executive search consultancy based in London specialising in C-suite and other executive appointments. Before that she was a member of the UK finance and financial services practice for a FTSE listed global executive search business and was also a member of the independent search boutique of another FTSE global firm where she covered financial and professional services. She began her career in search at an entrepreneur led, specialist finance recruitment firm where she led the investment banking and private equity team.
Michelle has an in-depth understanding and experience of the challenges of improving both inclusion and diversity within an organisational context. She has been advising companies for more than twenty years regarding improving inclusion from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective.
Michelle has a MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London.
