She has 23 years of recruiting experience with a diverse background encompassing High Tech, Agency, Corporate, and Consulting Recruiting environments. She has been in technology stacks for more than 20 years and thrives on challenging roles in Technology and Professional Services verticals.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining ZRG, Melissa was a Senior Technical Recruiting Manager for Quora, managing a team of 4 technical recruiters and sourcing leaders. Quora, is a knowledge sharing platform with earning options for creators and a mission to share and grow the world's knowledge. In addition, she has worked as a recruiting consultant, career coach, and mentor to recruiters with leaders in the search space, such as Korn Ferry. She thrives on the hard-to-find profiles and research.

Melissa’s areas of expertise include leaders in Product, Software Engineering, IT/Development, Technology Consulting as well as FinTech and Corporate Executive search. She is actively involved with C Level recruitment at ZRG around Technology, Media, Entertainment and Professional Services.

Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Wisconsin (Public Administration and Communications- Pre-Law). She has been in Talent Acquisition her entire career.
Hobbies and Interests
In her free time, Melissa enjoys hanging out with her husband and daughters, skiing, and camping. She really enjoys yoga and meditation. She sits on a board for a local tech start up in Denver, CO where she lives.
