Maria Rufo’s career around back-office operations management in the Talent Acquisition sector extends over 27 years. Prior to ZRG, she worked at companies such as InfoTech, Venturi Partners, and Winter Wyman. Based in Derry, NH, she plays a key role in Hub, ZRG’s Operational Management Team.
During Maria’s 27 years in the industry, she has had multiple responsibilities. Some of which include accounts payable/accounts receivable transactions, payroll, billing, shipping/receiving, collections, tax reporting, and reconciliations. Maria has also facilitated the undergoing’s of 3 business acquisitions, 2 office relocations and the closure of one facility entirely once the office became 100% remote.
Maria is the proud mother of 1 daughter, 3 sons, 2 turtles and 1 beagle. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, Muay Thai kickboxing, and being in the outdoors.
