Malcolm Kemp is Managing Director and leader of the EMEA People & Culture Practice for ZRG, one of the fastest-growing mid-sized talent advisory search firms in the industry. Malcolm has unique functional experience, having led HR and talent for two technology unicorns (Betfair and Klarna) and built the global People & Culture practice for Renaissance Leadership, a boutique search firm.

As Managing Director, Malcolm is responsible for driving overall growth, profitability, and client engagement within the People & Culture Practice in EMEA. He engages thoughtfully with new clients to build long-term relationships that deliver the full range of benefits from the ZRG platform. Malcolm also provides insights and thought leadership across the Human Resources function and is a regular speaker and contributor at talent forums.

Malcolm holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science & Leisure Management from Brunel University.

Prior to starting a career in talent and recruitment, Malcolm was a professional rugby player, representing Saracens from 1991 to 1996, and was selected for both England and Scotland Under 21 squads. These days, Malcolm is a passionate Arsenal FC supporter and an avid player of golf. He loves American BBQ and American cars – especially his 1972 Mustang.
