Madeleine "Mady" Woodward serves as Managing Director at ZRG Interim Solutions, where she leverages over two decades of experience in interim talent solutions, strategic account management, and client relationship development. Known for her servant-leadership approach, Mady is committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates, meeting their needs with empathy, efficiency, and a personalized approach.
Throughout her career, Mady has consistently demonstrated expertise in cultivating long-term partnerships, managing multimillion-dollar client engagements, and providing customized interim solutions across a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, technology, and utilities. Her ability to distill complex challenges and deliver impactful results has earned her the trust of Fortune 500 companies as well as small and middle market sized firms.
Before joining ZRG, Mady spent 20 years with Parson Consulting and RGP, where she specialized in interim solutions and project-based consulting for a wide range of clients. Her prioritization of client’s business goals and results-oriented mindset have consistently yielded high-value outcomes for those she serves.
Mady's areas of expertise encompass sales management, business development, and strategic leadership. Her career is distinguished by a steadfast dedication to excellence, innovation, and the strong, lasting relationships she builds with clients and candidates.
Mady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Miami University. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family.
