Luis Beruff
Principal
Luis Beruff joined ZRG in 2024 as a Principal and member of the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADGS) practice. He works closely with ADGS leaders as a trusted advisor to recruit, assess, and develop top talent across the United States.
Luis’s brings deep expertise across several aerospace and defense manufacturing and service verticals.
Luis comes to ZRG with over a decade of executive search experience in both large executive search firms and in a highly specialized boutique search firm. Recently, Luis spent over 3 years as a core member of a large Aerospace and Defense focus-practice, where he was responsible for new business development, mentoring and end-to-end search execution initiatives.
He began his professional career as a researcher with executive search firm Korn/Ferry and has consistently progressed into positions of greater responsibility since.
Luis’s primary expertise is across the Aerospace Defense and Aviation markets, with a particular focus on aerospace industrials to include both commercial and defense OEMS, MRO and Space Systems.
Functionally, Luis has focused on commercial, general management, operations, chief security and financial officers positions.
He is a graduate of the College of Charleston.
Luis currently lives in the Washington, DC area. He was a member of the Washington DC Junior Achievement Young Professionals board for 4 years and still volunteers for the education non-profit. Born in Mexico City to Cuban parents, Luis is fluent in English and Spanish. Luis is a fan of the arts, enjoys a good book and is an avid Washington Nationals baseball fan.
