Lisa Ward
Managing Director
Lisa Ward joined ZRG as Managing Director, Board Services in 2023. She has more than 25 years of experience performing Board Director search assignments and corporate governance consulting projects for clients across a broad range of industries. Her expertise is particularly strong in the consumer goods, healthcare products, and industrial manufacturing sectors. She has also served a wide variety of private equity clients. Lisa also serves as an Advisory Board member for Markaaz, an Austin, TX-based global technology company.
Prior to joining ZRG, she served as a Senior Partner for James Drury Partners. This followed a tenure of more than two decades with Spencer Stuart, where she began her career and advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately executing senior-level board and executive search projects for clients across multiple practice areas.
Lisa has a BA in English from Iowa State University.
She is a member of The Executives’ Club of Chicago and The Chicago Council on Global Affairs. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, skiing, and participating in triathlons.
