As Chief of Staff to Nate Frank, Kira Tangney plays a critical role in advancing ZRG’s growth and operational excellence. She partners closely with Nate and the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and streamline processes that align with the organization’s goals.
Before stepping into her current role, Kira led Business Development efforts for ZRG’s Financial Services Practice.
Prior to joining ZRG, Kira worked alongside Aaron Rasmussen, Co-Founder of MasterClass, to launch and scale his new venture, Outlier.org. During her time at Outlier.org, she helped grow the company from its inception to a thriving startup. Earlier in her career, Kira worked in the Wealth and Asset Management Division of Ridgeway Partners, a global boutique executive search firm.
Kira earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Eckerd College.
