Kimberley joined ZRG as Commercial Managing Director of Consulting in 2024. With three decades of experience, she is a transformational leader, enabling enterprise growth, talent engagement and organizational performance. She helps lead the transformation of organizations and business models to deliver operational discipline and breakthrough results in ramp-up, turnaround and high-growth environments and has delivered best-in-class solutions to some of the world’s largest companies, helping them drive results and increase revenue.
Throughout her career, Kimberley has worked with heads of state, advised leading financiers on foreign currency strategies, and has helped her customers with large scale transformational programs. She joins ZRG from Korn Ferry where she was a Senior Client Partner and Global Account Leader.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Euston spent more than 12 years at PwC, where she was the National Business Development Leader for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Sector. Previously, she was the President of McGraw Euston Associates, working with Fortune 500 companies, C-Suite executives and individuals on career counseling, executive coaching, training, development, and executive recruiting.
From 1993 to 2004, Ms. Euston worked in the global currency markets. In her last posting, she worked at Bank of America where she managed the U.S. Investor Sales Team for Global Foreign Exchange. Before working in the financial arena, she worked in public service, first at the U.S. Department of State and then on the Vice President's National Security team at the White House.
Ms. Euston, a mother of three, is one of four women profiled in ""Risk/Reward,"" an award-winning documentary about women who work on Wall Street. She was honored by Working Mother Magazine as one of their top working mothers of the year.
She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Sweet Briar College. She attended the Foreign Policy Institute at American University and participated in the WICT Senior Executive Summit at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business
Kimberley and her husband Greg have been married for 30 years. She has served on various non-profit boards including Covenant House Georgia, Leadership Atlanta, WICT Southeast Chapter, United Way Women's Leadership Circle, Synchronicity Theatre and Meals on Wheels. She is an avid golfer and loves to travel. In the winter of 2019, Kimberley captained her cornhole team to the Gate City Brewery Championship.
