Kevin Parker is a Managing Director at ZRG Partners. With more than 25 years of executive search, Kevin specializes in consumer banking and payments with functional expertise placing information technology officers.

Kevin has led search assignments for the top national banking and financial services companies as well as several of the top payments and financial technology companies on a global basis. He has worked with these clients, placing executives into roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy, Chief Information Officer, CISO, and President/GM as well as functional experts in Digital, Customer Experience, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales.

Prior to joining ZRG, Kevin was a Partner with Leathwaite Executive Search, a global boutique, leading the US Consumer Financial Services practice. Prior to joining Leathwaite, Kevin was with Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in their Dallas and New York offices and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. Kevin was also the Sector Leader for Payments and a member of the firm’s Fintech Practice.

Before becoming an executive recruiter, Kevin held the position of Vice President of Executive Recruiting at Wells Fargo, where he led the internal executive search team supporting the Consumer Lending, Cards, and Information Technology divisions on a national basis.

His areas of expertise include Financial Services, Payments and Lending.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Virginia Tech.
