Kelly O’Rourke’s career in payroll and accounting spans more than 30 years. During that time, she has held several positions that have allowed her to gain a vast amount of knowledge on how to handle accounting for different industries as well as the payroll rules and regulations for US based employees.
Kelly’s meticulous nature bodes well for ensuring that our people are paid timely and accurately. She is also a trusted teammate and enjoys collaborating with others to improve processes and create a cohesive work environment. Her accounting role requires a tremendous amount of detail so that payroll records are properly recorded across multiple subsidiaries. It is these minutiae that she enjoys the most.
Kelly studied Business Administration and Human Resource Management at Fitchburg State University. She and her husband of 39 years have raised four children and are currently enjoying being Nana and Pop to their first grandchild.
