Katie Coleman is a Managing Consultant with Holker Watkin, ZRG’s Strategy & Transformation Division. Katie began her career in the third sector before joining Holker Watkin in 2016. Since then, she has worked with corporate, private equity, and startup clients, delivering assignments in strategy, transformation, corporate development, and operations.
She brings significant experience in recruiting current and former top tier strategy consultants. She understands how high performers evaluate their career options and consequently helps her clients to attract best-in-class talent that will suit their organisation.
Katie graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA degree in Modern Languages. She has a professional working proficiency in both French and Italian.
