With over 25 years of experience in search, Kate Bullis is a key leader of ZRG’s Marketing and Growth Officers Practice. She previously was a co-founder of SEBA Executive Search, a boutique firm focused on marketing and enterprise risk and analytics roles.
Kate places CMO and Marketing functional leaders, Chief Revenue Officers, and Chief Customer Officers across industry verticals. She has placed CMOs some of the world's most revolutionary brands, including Cisco Systems, CrowdStrike, ZenDesk, Master Class, and e.l.f. Beauty.
Kate holds a BA from Dickinson College. She serves on the boards of the nonprofit organization A Chance in Life and the startup Xapa.
