Julia Stone is a Commercial Managing Director based in ZRG’s London office and an integral member of the Consulting and Advisory team. With over 12 years of expertise in organizational culture, DE&I, leadership development, and transformation, she is dedicated to helping clients optimize their performance by aligning their culture with their strategic goals.
Julia has played a pivotal role engaging clients across numerous sectors, including healthcare, aviation, defense, consumer goods, and financial services. Her passion to see leaders and their teams cultivate the skills and behaviors necessary to drive results, is firmly rooted in a belief that healthy and inclusive cultures serve as the cornerstone for building exceptional companies.
Throughout her career, Julia has exemplified a harmonious blend of professional acumen, personal passion, and a commitment to fostering positive change. Before venturing into consulting, she invested eight years in commercial services and facilities management, collaborating with major corporates throughout the UK. Her roles during this time encompassed client services and operations management.
Julia resides in Berkshire with her partner and three children. She enjoys balancing a busy lifestyle, takes a keen interest in socio-economic affairs, and as an avid football fan, she is a devoted supporter of her much-loved Liverpool Football Club.
