He has over 10 years global headhunting experience placing senior to exec level hires in core Commercial and Marketing functions with a strong focus on eCommerce and Digital. His industry specialism is primarily CPG / FMCG and has also lead searches in Consumer Health, Pharma and Science Driven B2B Ingredients across UK, EU, APAC and US supporting Global organisations through to SMEs and VC backed Start Ups.
Previous Experience
Prior to ZRG, he served as Practice Lead managing Consumer Clients at Walter James, a ZRG company. Prior to Walter James, Joshua spent nearly eight years with Ignata. He began there as a Consultant in Buying and Merchandising, quickly rising to Divisional Manager of FMCG and Beauty.

Joshua earned a BSc with Honors in Biology and Sport Science at University of Wales, Aberystwyth
